Mavé has a young and enthusiastic team of employees. For each employee a personal training plan is written, so knowledge stays "up to date" .
Because of the growing market share, we constantly have jobs available. Recently we hired a new employee to strengthen the team on different departments within our company.

COURSES

Mavé is a recognized teaching facility and has a successful cooperation with a MBO college in Zwolle for many years now.
For both the BOL- and the BBL course, several students have successfully finished their course or study within Mavé.
Every year Mavé has several places available in the field of cooling technology, engineering, draftsman and electronics.
